Welcome to Week Three!

Hello Families of Second Graders!
Welcome to our third week of school!  I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the families that attended our curriculum night.  Your support and efforts are dearly appreciated.  Your children are getting into the groove of the second grade and we are already learning so much.  Last week, we began learning about the blessed trinity during our formal religion class, we also completed our beginning of the year math and reading assessments, the children also experienced their very first Spelling test, and we began studying the seven continents and five oceans!  Wow!  What a full and beautiful week!  Here's what will be taking place for this upcoming week in the second grade.  Please note that the students will be dismissed at noon on Friday, August 25th.
