This week begins the season of Fall and it is also the week of parent-teacher conferences.  I look forward to sitting with each of you to discuss the strengths of your child and how together we can foster your child's individual growth.  This week will also be a short school week due to the conferences.  On Thursday, the students will be dismissed at noon and there will be no school on Friday.  Please continue reading to discover all that will be taking place inside our classroom and right here at ACS school.

Due to it being a short week, the student's homework will look a little differently.  The students will need to continue to read each night and log it and they will also need to prepare for their Spelling test that will take place on Thursday.  However, the students will also focus on creating a "mini poster" for the pet of their dreams!  Please know that your child's homework for this week will be sent home on Monday and it should be located inside their homework folder.  All homework assignments will be due on Thursday for this week.
