Here's to a Great Week Up Ahead!

Hello Second Grade Families,

Both expectations and routines have been established inside our classroom and your children are working diligently each day.  The first day of Fall begins on September 22nd and here's to hoping that cooler weather is around the corner.  To "kick off" the season of "Fall" the second graders will be observing "Johnny Appleseed Day!"  All of the students will be enjoying fresh sliced apples on Friday and we will be doing Johnny Appleseed based activities to assist them in learning about this American pioneer who is known for being an amazing horticulturist who was known for his generous spirit and peaceful nature.  It will be a fun way to end our week!
