Halloween is Right Around the Corner!

Hello Second Grade Families,

Welcome to the week of Halloween!  I'm sure the kids will be excited for the upcoming holiday, so we will be taking the time on Friday to do some fun filled Halloween based activities.  We are keeping it simple this year due to COVID, but I'm certain your children will have a "Spooktacular" time.  Our activities will include a Halloween craft and watching a kid friendly Halloween video.  I'm hoping to have the kids view either Spookley the Square Pumpkin, or The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown.  Each child will also receive some Halloween goodies at dismissal time!

Also, I would like to thank you all for an amazing few days of parent-teacher conferences.  Thank you for all of your continued support and efforts.  It was wonderful to be able to sit down and discuss your child with you and to get to know each of my student's parents better.  It was truly a gift and your kiddos are all working so hard and are such an amazing group of kids!  It's a blessing to be their second grade teacher!

Please continue reading to discover all that will be taking place both inside the second grade classroom and right here at ACS.
